A teenager fell down a cliff at Greta and sustained a badly broken leg. The Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team were winched down to the location and treated the patient before he was stretchered back to the clifftop by attending emergency services.

A surfer was injured when he was washed onto the rocks at Byron Bay. The Helicopter Critical Care Paramedic was winch inserted into the scene to treat the man for minor injuries, and he was transported by road to Byron Bay Hospital.
