Wills Week Terms & Conditions

Refunds will only apply if you contact the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service on 6623 7300 or email willsweek@rescuehelicopter.com.au to cancel your appointment at least 5 business days prior to your appointment date.

Change of appointment date/time requests prior to your appointment can be made by contacting your solicitor who will decide at their discretion whether they can accommodate your request. If your request to change your booking date/time is made at least 5 business days prior to your appointment, and the solicitor is not able to provide a mutually suitable time for another appointment, you can contact the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service on 6623 7300 or email willsweek@rescuehelicopter.com.au to cancel your appointment and receive a refund.

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment on the day without 5 days prior cancellation notification to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service will result in no refund being given, and the solicitor may decline a reschedule request.

Inclusions:  Wills Week is intended to assist in the preparation of a simple will. The cost includes an appointment with your chosen solicitor.

Exclusions:  Should there be conditions you wish to have placed into your Will that are deemed by the participating solicitor to be over and above a ‘simple’ Will, the solicitor may provide instructions to you that a follow up booking be made with their firm and this will be at your own cost and not covered by the original booking fee. Please note your booking does not cover the drafting of any other estate planning documentation, including Power of Attorney or Enduring Guardian documents.

Your Will is being prepared by a solicitor and we, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, are not providing any legal advice as part of this process. The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service does not have any access to the information contained on your Wills Week Instruction Form or details you place in your Will. All information remains strictly confidential between you and your solicitor.
