Steps to Complete your Booking

Please follow the steps below to finalise your booking:

Step 1 – Print/download and complete the Wills Week Instruction Form. For couple bookings, please ensure one form is completed by each person.

Step 2 – To find out more about the impact you can make by leaving the gift of a bequest to help us save lives as part of your Wills Week appointment, click HERE. If you would like to speak with someone further about a bequest or if you have already chosen to leave a bequest in your will to the Rescue Helicopter and would like to notify us and arrange for a VIP visit to one of our helibases please email zeke.huish@rescuehelicopter.com.au or call 1800 155 155

Step 3 – Lodge your completed form with the solicitor’s office you have booked your appointment with by 6 March 2026. This can be done by email, post or in person using the solicitor contact information provided in your confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE: For your own privacy and to maintain strict confidentiality between you and your solicitor, your instruction form is not to be sent to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.
