The Central Coast Christmas Party Race Day is always a special way to end the year while supporting the Rescue Helicopters.  This year we are taking the event to Wyong Race Club – held in The Pavilion! We welcome groups big or small – corporate or social, for a fun day of LIVE racing action and fundraising activities! Ticket numbers are limited though – so book as soon as you can to avoid missing out!

Ticket options include:

Sponsorship of a race – $2,200 (Only 7 available)

Table of ten – $1,600

Individual tickets – $160

Sponsorship of a race inclusions:

• Table of 10 in the Pavilion including premium food options – canapes on arrival, share platter – 2 course meal and plated seasonal dessert. Your day also includes a 5 hour drink package and race books
• National Sky Racing channel coverage
• VIP behind the scenes tour for 4 guests of each sponsored race plus presentation photo opportunity with race winner
• Post race drink in the Winner’s Bar
• Half page advertisement in the Christmas at the Races race book
• Company logo displayed on in-field big screen, also highlighted before the running of your sponsored race
• Advertising on bar tills

Individual ticket inclusions:

*In the event of a scheduled race meeting being cancelled due to inclement weather after 11.00am on the scheduled race day by the race club, a phantom meeting will be held and the Wyong Race Club will meet its commitments in relation to pre booked food and beverage packages). No refunds will be given.
