Get ready for the Ride for the Chopper! It’s all about fun, reaching your goals, and supporting the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.

In 2025, we’re hosting an 8-day, 7-night mountain bike ride with a full support crew. including safety vehicles, bike trailers, catering crew and a very experienced team of Riders to guide and assist you on the adventure of a lifetime! Join us as we explore the stunning Central West, Upper Hunter, and North West Slopes regions of New South Wales.

Our 23rd Annual Ride will start in Mudgee and end in Tamworth taking in spectacular country among the vineyards at Mudgee, the horse studs in the Scone area, and the beauty of the Liverpool Plains. Along the way, we’ll visit a local school, enjoy themed ride days, and have plenty of activities to get everyone interested.
