Raffle Cancellation

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service would like to advise that the recent Lismore flood disaster in late February 2022 caused the unfortunate loss and destruction of tickets that were sold in the Service’s Major Raffle which started on 1 January 2022. This loss has meant that the Service has cancelled the raffle. We thank everyone who purchased tickets prior to this flooding event. The following information is for all ticket holders to review and provides available options for the tickets purchased in the cancelled raffle:

If you purchased your ticket in the Northern Rivers of NSW or Port Stephens regions your available options are:


Refund with Proof of Purchase or your Ticket/s.

Click HERE to download form to obtain a refund (Please note: if a person does not have proof of purchase or copies of their tickets, rolling over your tickets to the new Major Raffle or donating your ticket purchase amount are the only available options)


Rolling over your ticket into the new Major Raffle

If we do not hear from you prior to 29 July 2022,

your raffle ticket purchase will be a deemed donation to the Service. As tickets were lost in the floods, we are unable to roll them over to the new raffle if we have not heard from you.


If you purchased your ticket outside of the two areas listed above your available options are:


Rolling over your ticket into the new Major Raffle

All tickets sold in these areas are still in the Service’s possession, and if we do not hear from you, your ticket will be automatically entered into the new Major Raffle (listed below);


Request a refund
