A woman in her 50s, suffering a medical condition, was stabilised by hospital staff and the helicopter’s critical care medical team before being airlifted to #Newcastle.

Around 3:00pm Sunday 04 May, a Westpac #RescueHelicopter was tasked by #NSWAmbulance on an inter-hospital transfer from the #Coonamble Hospital to the John Hunter Hospital.

A teenage male, suffering a serious hand injury, was stabilised by hospital staff and the helicopter’s critical care medical team before being airlifted to #Newcastle.
